Echeveria is a very hardy plant; this specific one is lovely with their green leaves end reddish pink edges.
They need a lot of light and Well-draining soil.
They do not do so well in rainy seasons when soil become waterlogged.
Though the Rossett itself does not grow bigger than 10-12cm the plant will spread up to 1m.
